I reached out to the gym a few days in advance to attend the Friday Muay Thai session as I am from out of town. I got a welcoming response from Ray a few hours later saying to stop in. Attended the class and was a great time. Special shout out to Ryan who taught the class. He spent time walking everyone through techniques and giving great insight. Will definitely stop back in next time I’m in the area.

I just dropped into a class this morning! A total blast!The owner, Ray Lopez, is totally awesome! I learned so much during this class and felt super welcome! Martial arts can be intimidating, and this school makes it super approachable, fun, and informative! I’ll for sure be coming again when I’m back in the area!
