I was surprised of how much I would enjoy working out at this location. This is my 1st 24/7 facility and I love the ease & flexibility it presents. My initial registration was quick and painless. Members are passive (I like that). Area parking is available) depending on the day/time. Although facility is moderate in size, it never feels crowded. Facility is kept clean and members are strongly encouraged to clean machine/equipment used. No photos posted to protect the privacy of members.

Spencer and his staff are the most respectful within the fitness community of New Orleans. What this location offers is one of the best within the New Orleans Metro. 10/10 would recommend.

Customer service at this location is incredible. Matt & Emmanuel went out of their way to assist me on two separate occasions and stayed past their shifts to do so.Gym is no nonsense and has all the basic equipment needed to get the job done. I’m told they recently upgraded their access system so that member no longer have issues accessing the space after hours.

Great gym with great staff. Anytime a machine is down, it’s back up within a few days where other gyms have equipment break and it sits there for months. Location is great too.

Nice staff and clean gym but it’s always super hot and musty inside. I wish they would keep the air cooler. I did approach staff but he was not concerned
