CrossFit Secaucus was my first introduction to CrossFit and I must say it was truly welcoming. There are class times that work for all schedules and the coaches really engage with each of the clients. Safety and quality workouts go hand in hand here and I must say I have enjoyed my time with CrossFit Secaucus thus far; looking forward to many more classes!

I have been a regular here at CrossFit Secaucus. The class is fun and challenging, with a good mix of strength, skill, and cardio. The coaches do a fantastic job of tailoring the WoD to fit all fitness levels. They are quick to ensure that your form is correct and you are getting the maximum of the workout. Crossfit Secaucus is the gym to join! It is the cleanest, most well-organized gym I have ever been a member of. The classes are always challenging with Coaches that go above and beyond to ensure your form is good and help you strive for the best you!! I have lost 15 pounds and have kept it off. Great gym, great environment and great coaches. Extra big shout out to Coach David who is AMAZING!! Have been doing personal training sessions with him and have had great results.

From the amazing coaches, who are there to guide and correct you to achieve the physical strength that you’re aiming for, to the best workouts that’s bound to get your heart pumped up, everyday is unique at CrossFit Secaucus. The best part is that you get to make life long friends! It’s definitely one of my happy places and something that I look forward to every single day! Given that I had never worked out before joining CrossFit, with the beginner’s plan, and 1-1 training with the coaches, it was such a smooth transition for me to get accustomed to CrossFit’s format and workouts! CrossFit Secaucus is absolutely amazing. I started about 5 months ago as a beginner and I’ve learned so much! My body has transformed in such a short time and I’ve gained new skills as an athlete. Trainer Rob is fantastic and super diligent in his teaching methods. Both Rob and Manuel who takes care of the administrative tasks have been very flexible to accommodate my ever changing needs and have cultivated an inclusive atmosphere regardless of your fitness level. I definitely recommend!

I joined CrossFit Secaucus two months ago and have only had positive experiences so far. Coaches Rob and Manuel helped me get set up with the on boarding and I have been a regular since. The morning classes I usually go to are not at all crowded and thus helps me get enough time and individual attention from the coaches to correct my form if necessary. The pricing is very reasonable, floor space is adequate and the equipment always clean and available, there are also multiple sessions available in a day to accommodate work schedules.I also recently introduced my wife who suffers from a bad back pain to join the classes. She likes it so far and we look forward to working out together. I will update this review after I become regular for couple more months but for now, I recommend this for anyone looking forward to get a nice workout every other day. Special shout out to all the coaches and fellow members who make workouts fun and enjoyable.

Crossfit Secaucus was my first experience with Crossfit... and it was all I could have imagined and more! The coaches are fantastic and do an excellent job of making sure you maintain proper form while also pushing yourself to get stronger. The gym is very judgment-free and everyone feels welcome when they step through the door. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in getting in better shape!

I started my Crossfit journey at this gym in September of 2019, and it's one of the best decisions I've made. The coaches are fantastic and do their best to make sure you have proper form to avoid injuries. I am proud to say after consistently going to classes a few days a week, and following the nutrient advice from the coaches, I am down 22.1 lbs to date!

My favorite part about this gym is how articulate the coaches are. They are very knowledgeable individuals when it comes to movement standards. There is virtuosity in how well they give explanations to the theory behind such movements. I definitely recommend it to any individual who is curious what CrossFit is all about. Plus, they all have great senses of humor! They make any long day after work more uplifting.Thanks guys!
