Rob and Manuel (owners/coaches) are great and the other coaches really care about your fitness and health. It’s almost like having a personal trainer 5 or 6x a week at a much lower cost. I’ve been at CrossFit Secaucus for 6 months and I’ve seen a big difference in my strength and fitness (you have to put in work obviously - nothing comes for free ;)). A mixture of strength, technique, fun Olympic lifts, good times with other members, and great coaches is what you’ll find here.

Joining Secaucus CrossFit was a borderline life changing decision for me. I use to dread going to the gym and doing the same old weekly routine. Every workout is different and engaging here. For me, the biggest difference was in my form. Working out alone all these years, nobody really told me I was doing deadlifts wrong the whole time. Even if you only go a couple of times a week, I think it’s well worth it. The coaches are super friendly and go out of their way to help you reach your goals. Highly recommend it!

Excellent gym!!! I did not know what to expect, but coach Rob, Manuel and David are excellent, they are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They help you learn the mechanics and focus on safety, while also motivating you through your classes. Always helping you to be the best you can be. It took me almost 6 weeks to get the proper mechanics for moments, lol but I got them and there is still room for improvement. :) Great place, coaches and staff! You get a great work out, no matter what level you’re at. It was a blessing finding and joining this gym!!! Stay healthy and blessed!

I joined CrossFit Secaucus as a 6 week challenge candidate and haven’t looked back since. Before joining I had lost about 50 pounds on my own but I had hit a plateau and wasn’t able to do anything in a progressive way... but from the time I started working out here.. I have found new boundaries!! Coaching is amazing! I have worked out with everyone of them and they are incredibly helpful! I usually go to the morning class... during the workout coaches are on top of you and even the slightest form error and they are there to correct you.. they push you hard and by the time the you are done with the workout.. you are on the floor trying to catch your breath And for me that’s a good workout and a good way to start your day!!I would totally recommend to try out Crossfit Secaucus! Hands down its worth it!!

I joined Cross Fit Secaucus four months ago and I am new to the world of Cross Fit. Couple of weeks into training, this place got me addicted. The trainers are so knowledgeable, friendly and VERY creative with the workouts. I have never seen the same series of workout being repeated in the past months I have been here. Working out here has helped me build strength and given me confidence to go on this fitness journey. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to go on a fitness journey and see some real progress. I love to workout in CrossFit Secaucus. Coaches are very good and provide right advice as per individual's needs. Everyone does the workouts in a group so you feel motivated and pumped. Everyday schedule is different so NO repetitive stuff which adds energy and interest. Place is always clean & environment is very friendly. You just need to appear that’s it! rest will be taken care of. I recommend CrossFit Secaucus as value of money for your health!

Can’t say enough good things about CrossFit Secaucus. The fundamentals sessions were a great introduction to the different exercises and Rob does a great job explaining how to do and why to do it! Both Coaches Rob and Manuel are excellent trainers. Even in a full class they pay attention to everyone. They’ll correct your form if incorrect and always stress on safety. They also help you gradually build strength by suggesting alternative progression exercises. Joining CrossFit Secaucus has been my best decision of 2018. If you are checking out the reviews that means you are considering joining CrossFit. Don’t think twice, this is the best kick start of staying healthy and fit.

I joined CF Secaucus in July 2017 and it was one of the best decisions I've made. I had zero fitness experience when I began this journey but the coaches helped me accomplish goals I never imagined. The coaches are extremely patient, caring and ensure you are always safe. The facility is very clean. The members are friendly and very welcoming. And a plus, there is parking!

Can’t say enough good things about CrossFit Secaucus! Started with a personal training package with Eddie and he is by far the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve trained with! He does an excellent job in encouraging me to push beyond my (more mental than physical) limits. Since the beginning he has demonstrated great patience and has helped me tremendously in improving my form. Never disappoints with the workouts, ALWAYS CHALLENGING – NEVER BORING!!Highly recommend CrossFit Secaucus for everyone needing that push to improve themselves physically and mentally, all while being in a supportive environment!

Joining Crossfit Secaucus has definitely been a life changing experience for me. Coaches Rob, Manuel, Debi, David always have an eye on you to make sure your doing it right everyday. Best thing is the workouts are different every single day and every workout is scaled to match the abilities of everyone. All you have to do is show up and you would feel stronger, healthier every single day. Definitely a big change for me from the boring same gym workouts. And with great coaches like Rob around, you will never go wrong. Highly recommend this place.
