Shirley is such an amazing trainer- always so positive and encouraging! She has made me so much stronger , while also working on my balance and flexibility. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Shirley was able to help me work around my injuries that I wasn't able to do in the past. Further more her advice on the nutritional aspects was able to help me lower my body fat percentage with simple tweaks.Highly recommend for fitness, strength conditioning, and nutritional needs.

I’m in my third month of training with Shirley. I was very motivated when I started and find myself able to keep going because of results. In my late 70s and an avid golfer, I see such a difference in how far I hit the ball, I amazed my friends and myself. I warmup on the elliptical and use to hang on to both sides for balance and security, now I go like mad and don’t touch at all so I feel my balance is much better. My strength shows when I get on the “in body” machine which measures muscle mass and visceral fat. Sooo happy. She can really help with healthy eating habits. Shirley is awesome! She cares about you and helps you achieve your next goal. I had the chance to follow her class in person and remote. Her workouts are intense and efficient with different focuses each class. It will leave you sore the next day. The range of workouts keeps it exciting and helps build muscle. I love it!

My wife and I have been taking Shirley's strongboard class for almost 4 years. It has really improved our core strength and balance. Shirley is a really great instructor. She also gives us side challenges to do each month that really help to get you to exercise on days she doesn't train you. Highly recommend!
