The gym is under new management and this place has never been more clean! New manager is super friendly, the machines are always clean. Definitely a hidden gem.

This place us a little small and be nice to see a stair climberBut its clean people are nice and never to busy. The equipment is maintained and weights are always put up and easy to find.

Such a great gym. Staff is very friendly, he always keeps the gym clean especially the bathrooms. They literally never close which is awesome. You also have access to every location which is great if you travel a lot like i do.

Love this place! It always smells clean when i walk in, and they have nice equipment that isn't broken. This is the best gym in the Tri City Area. The manager is a very sweet young man, and always shows me how to use the machines if i'm not sure how they work.

The gentleman that owns this gym also owns the one near me in spring Texas. He’s very professional and the manager at the new castle Oklahoma location. My husband had a very bad experience at the chickasha location because the owner was very unprofessional! I called and Ryan was amazing at setting up my husband to be able to get into his Oklahoma location. It meant a lot to my husband and I because my husband is on a tight schedule due to working nights in the oilfield. He walked in today and his key was already ready for him and I can’t thank these guys enough for being so professional and taking care of my husband. I definitely recommend these guys!

I love the location. Very convenient. The gym has not been cleaned or maintained. The entryway and the back room, with the yoga mats and row machine, was littered in dead bugs and hair balls and dirt. The shower covered in a white film plus the grout is missing. The "trainer" was not professional, he carried on conversations of drinking smoking and of his girlfriend. He encouraged me to not use the free weights and machines, but to use the lighter "more appropriate weights" in the back room.

I cannot speak for everyone’s experience, but I can speak for my own. Current and prospective gym goers beware!In February 2017 I joined this gym. Amber was very helpful in answering questions and meeting me at the gym on my time. It was explained that I would receive a discounted rate for my husband and I being in the medical field. This applied even though I purchased a single membership for myself. Amber, the former manager, said my husband could come with me every now and again without a membership. Furthermore, monthly rates and enrollment fees would further be reduced by signing a 2 year commitment. Seemed like a standard offer.I didn’t want to sign a 2 year commitment because I didn’t know if the gym would work out for me and my husband. When I voiced this I was reassured that I’d be able to cancel my membership at anytime without worry. I would simply have to write on my membership cancellation paperwork that I’d moved 25 miles away or I had medical issues. This would eliminate any cancellation fee etc. I went ahead and signed.My husband and I did not enter the gym once. We travel for work 20+ days, I ended up having surgery and it didn’t fit us. I called Amber to cancel our membership in May 2017. I was told a slightly different story until I called her out on it. She changed her tune and had me come in to cancel my membership in person.May 2017 I met Amber at the gym, signed cancellation paperwork, and provided her with a Direct TV statement. I was given flack because it’s in my husbands name. Granted we are both on the account just like all our other utilities. I turned in my key thing, finished signing paperwork, and was out the door.No further charges were put on my account and I thought all was well...Earlier this week I see 2 charges from Anytime Fitness come through on my account. I call and spoke with the new manager, Andrew. I’m informed my account was never cancelled, but only frozen. I would love to provide them with the paperwork I was handed as I left in May, but after several months of not having been charged I tossed it. Andrew told me they do not have anything to indicate otherwise and I’ll be charged until 2019. He would not admit there was a possibility this was their error.I asked to speak with the franchise owner. I was later sent a text message with the owners phone, Cody. I’ve left 2 messages without a response from Cody and charges remain on my account for a monthly fee and an annual fee they charge for gym maintenance.If I could give this gym a negative 10 stars I would. However, you’re forced to leave 1 star in order to post on Google.Where has customer service gone in this day in age???

Absolutely without a doubt the nicest and most helpful staff you could ever find! I will recommend this facility to anyone who is interested in finding a gym in my area. Always clean, too

I've been to a handful of gyms around this area and this one is by far the cleanest one around. The manager John loflin is very knowledgeable and friendly. It might be a little small but it has a great atmosphere and a good selection of machines. You wont have to worry about being judged here at all. I always look forward to working out at this gym because i never have to wait in line for any free weights or machines. i would definitely recommend this workout facility to anyone i know!!

It is a small gym but has everything I need without the politics. Machines, free weights, ropes, tanning bed, and showers. Being able to workout on my schedule makes it possible for me, love that this is open 24 hours and there are so many locations if I am not close to mine.
