Cancellation requirements are a scam. Certified mail or in-person notice (even though a call would obviously suffice) and 2 months charges as a cancellation fee.

This gym has listened to the customers they added new machines and free weights. Water filter was changed and the water is tasting way better. Currently at over 1 million water bottles saved. That’s a big impact on the environment for the good.Thanks crunch for listening to the reviews and making the changes and improvements.

Very nice that it's 24hr, since I tend to get off work late in the night. People don't wipe down the equipment after every use, and there's often no disinfectant/ paper towels. However, it's never visibly dirty, and I don't often have to wait for equipment to be available. The massage chairs are very nice.

Do NOT go here cancellation fees and continue to charge monthly they’re way too strict on “policy” you’re a business not my boss learn how to treat your customers

I really enjoy coming to this gym. The staff is super friendly, the facility is very clean, the wait for machines is not at all of any.

Everyone is so nice here! Very informative about the pricing and plans. Super helpful. Lots of equipment, saunas, tanning, daycare (I think) and private showers.

Excellent gym with tons of great equipment. Very busy after 5pm, but everyone is really nice and doesn’t judge.I’ll save the fifth star only because they don’t post the times that their workout rooms are reserved for classes, so you can sometimes get kicked out. You can ask the front desk but it would be really nice to have that information ahead of time so you can plan a workout if you need the room.

Come down and see Jeff a guru of mind and muscle. Perfect trainer for any skill set. Has tremendous patience and is able to identify quickly your skill set and how to assist you in a better workout routine as well as techniques. Tyler is also an amazing face of the Norman Crunch. Greets everyone coming in with a smile. Always dedicated to ensuring the highest customer service.
