That was incredible and brutal! Exactly what I like! I was motivated by Christina and the others working out alongside me!I don’t take classes, so going in a was a little overwhelmed and nervous. With not knowing how to do workouts or use equipment. But it was very simple, especially with the direction and presentation from Christina. That’s really cool and made me feel peace! In a good pain right now! Really happy to experience what my fiancé does throughout the week! Highly recommend for everyone!

Stoic has been my gym home for a little over 5 months. If you are looking for a place and have a goal to get stronger, healthier, and more mobile, this is your place. Before going to Stoic, I typically did body building style workouts.I’d see results but like I’ve experienced from going to Stoic. The team at Stoic know how to push you and guide you to reach a specific goal.

I’ve been waiting to get back in the gym but I’m not great at keeping my self accountable. The trainers are so good at pushing me during the workouts. My favorite part about stoic is the community. Everyone is so friendly, they make working out fun.

Working out at Stoic has been great for me mentally and physically. The coaches are encouraging and help me push myself. The classes are great for beginners or advanced and cheaper than personal training. Try out the 3 free classes and you’ll be addicted like me.

I love this place! The coaches are inviting and very encouraging. As a beginner it’s easy to get frustrated, but they do an incredible job making me feel comfortable while teaching you proper body mechanics. The faculty is very clean, well kept. Would most definitely recommend as I started to bringing my teenage son to work out with me. Best gym in Norman!

I love everything about the people - they are happy, they care, they are knowledgeable and so fun! The workouts are challenging and created with the intention to help participants safely get stronger. Over the past 3.5 months I've increased my strength, tone, and endurance. The biggest "wins" - with the help of the Stoic Coaches I feel great and I look forward to my workouts!

Not only is Stoic a great workout, it comes with an incredible community! Each time I’ve been to Stoic, I have left feeling both challenged and encouraged. I’ve taken classes with Christina, Austin, and Tara and all three of them showed they cared about me, my health, and my safety. The trainers at Stoic meet you where you are at and coach you through your goals at all levels of fitness.

I cannot recommend Stoic enough! As a Chiropractor I am constantly using my body & I can seriously notice a difference in how I feel at the end of a long day. I have done traditional weightlifting for years and after joining Stoic and starting more of a functional fitness model, I can say I will never go back. The coaches are amazing and knowledgeable. The programming is on point and you will not regret starting or continuing your fitness journey at Stoic!

Stoic is what has been missing in Norman, a good blend of barbell use, moderate intensity and a comfortable class size. They have figured out how to blend all of these things into a great workout every time. All of the equipment is high quality, the location is great, and the gym is always spotless. There was also no contract when I signed up, which is a plus.
