The owners who run this gym are , frankly, quite awesome. Everything is always so clean and they always make a point of doing the small simple things such as waving and saying hi as you walk in, very friendly. I drive 30 minutes out of my way everyday just to come to this gym. Highly recommend.

Decent little gym but false advertising on the 7 day free trial. They make you pay a daily rate and take that amount off of the enrollment fee. Not free if you’re just looking to try it out. I expressed my displeasure politely and they kicked me out after i made this review. Which was originally 2 stars)

I had the opportunity today to tour, and then sign up for membership at the Goose Creek location. Upon initial entry to this locked and secure facility I was treated with kindness. The owner, Houston was very cordial and inviting as he stopped what he was doing to voluntarily give us a full tour of the facility. This was the second fitness facility I had visited today and the other experience was cold and uncaring. Houston initially asked what I was looking to accomplish there, what were my goals? I immediately signed up! If Houston is a reflection of his staff this place is amazing. I will receive an initial consultation with a personal trainer for assessment and evaluation tomorrow to better assess and achieve my goals.

About to cancel and switch it’s ridiculous to have gyms with the same name but you can only attend the one you signed up at then the lady gon call me tlking about using my membership to 50$ from $30 I just gave birth and was tryna get back in the routine the gym was close to where I could have someone to care for my child but to upcharge when they have no massage bed either they lost their minds im cancelling all together I’d rather a gym that allows you to use their other gyms without tryna take more money from you
