I visited this box numerous times over several years before moving to town. I've been a regular member for about 2 months, and as a member, I can say that the same quality programming and coaching I experienced dropping in as a visitor is here day in and day out. The other members are great too, which is an extra motivator when that early alarm goes off each morning.I definitely recommend CrossFit Fox Den for drop ins and anyone looking for a long term membership.

I don’t workout here but those who do were all so kind and helpful when my car stalled out on me. I was in the way of everything and very clearly struggling to move it by myself and steer at the same time and they all just took control and got me out of the way and made sure I was good. Definitely deserving of 5 stars for the good people you’d encounter at this gym <3

Was in town visiting and needed a CrossFit gym to drop into. So glad I stopped here. Clean, plenty of space, good equipment, easy parking. The owner (Nate), was super welcoming and accommodating, and the rest of the members were very friendly as well. Would definitely go back next time I’m in town.If you’re looking for a good CrossFit gym in the Summerville area, this should be your first choice!

I'm from Pittsburgh and I drop in here yearly when I'm in town. Absolute class act with great coaching and challenging/fun programming. This place is what the Crossfit culture is all about. Highly recommend dropping in for a workout when your in town or just looking to start your journey.

Dropped in for a class here on my way home from a business trip to Charleston. I’m a member at an affiliate in the upstate, and ironically, decided this could be the spot for me after reading one of the 1-star reviews discussing the high level programming here, and the owner’s clap back. Got in a good workout and seems to be a great community as everyone was very welcoming. I’ll be back in next time I have some work to do in Charleston.
