My boyfriend and I decided to try out Luke's evening striking class based on a suggestion from a friend. We honestly had absolutely no idea what to expect as neither one of us have ever tried anything like it before. I would be lying if I said I wasn't feeling completely intimidated upon arrival, but after an hour with Luke, we were hooked! Luke is so welcoming, patient, and inspirational! He's taught us so much over a very short period of time and I can see I've improved a lot since our first class. I appreciate the time he takes to ensure everyone understands the techniques he's teaching as well as offers modifications if your skill level isn't quite at where others in the class are. Cool Hands also gets you set up on an app which makes life so much easier. It auto renews my membership and I can sign up for classes in advance. I also like that I can see who else has signed up for class. It brings a level of accountability that I really need sometimes. Of course you can always cancel coming to class, but if I sign up, it's a mental obligation that I've made to working out that day. Cool Hands has me excited about exercise again and I'm totally stoked to gain a new skill along the way and learn how to fight properly! I’ve been waiting months for Luke to open his gym so I can progress my mma career— after one personal training session, I quickly saw how good of a trainer, coach and person Luke Sanders is. Many gyms around here but nothing meets Cool Hands even with being open a month

Luke Sanders, MMA gym owner and trainer is very knowledgeable in this industry. He will take the time to teach you the proper techniques! The truth is "You will improve with the best tool which is an ultimate pad holder." He is putting his body through a lot so you can have the best safe training. You will see improvements with your striking, kicking and footwork. It is the place that will take you to the next level!! I love that the workouts are effective, and he goes beyond to help you achieve your goals. He knows how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! I can see a big change in my energy levels and body. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Luke to anyone!
