Love the gym

Not 24 hours!! Can’t get in after 6:00pm even to get a day pass. Also how are you charging 50$ fine if someone lets you in after 6pm. (Was completely prepared and willing to pay)

Very Nice. Lots of new equipment to work out. Clean.

Was specifically told my account would not auto renew after my year membership was over but I’ve still been getting charged for months. Stay on top of your account and don’t trust them when they tell you it will not automatically renew.

I was traveling through the area and went in to get a workout done. Very clean gym with nice equipment.

Great place to workout, and is very clean. Owner was slightly passive aggressive and condescending when I asked him how to work the self checkout register. Also somewhat expensive, only worth it if you need to workout at odd hours of the night.

Went to check out this gym because the equipment looked awesome but decided against signing up. The first thing wrong was that even during office hours, the doors were still locked and no one would let us in so we had to call (as we were standing outside). Second, the payments are biweekly. What is the point of that? Third is that we were able to sign up and pay through USAA, but when we went, they said that they do not accept it, but they are on the USAA website. Lastly, the sign up fee and year long contract was unnecessary.

When moving to CT due to military orders: I had a one year contract that explicitly stated I would be living on base for greater than 10 months. The service relief act states if this is the case the contract can be broken due to a drastic change in financial conditions. When asked to break the contract, I sent my hard orders to find Emily had told me, “it is not my job to look through your hard orders, you are suppose to point it out”.The gym’s equipment is good but the attitude of the workers is in disregard to your situation.I plan on continue going to this gym but it is appalling a worker can speak like that and face no repercussions.She said I had a mean tone but didn’t yell or cuss? Nonetheless I apologized for any stress and she refused to take ownership of what she said.

I have been working out at the Goose Creek location for the last 3 months. I recently asked to cancel my membership as i'm moving across town and the owner/manager/staff was extremely understanding and great. Since then i've tried out a couple other lowcountry gyms and i quickly realized none compare to the GC Anytime Fitness Location, so i asked to reinstate my membership immediately. Friendliest Gym Owner/Management & Staff ive ever encountered, Cleanest Gym i've ever worked out in, truly spotless 24/7. Wide array of the the top equipment that's always in working order/top shape to help you crush your workouts & goals. I'm happy to say this will be my Home Gym/Gym Family for as long as i live in the LowCountry. 💪🏼👊🏼
