Great gym! As a Park Circle resident we are really lucky to have a locally owned up-to-date facility. It is always clean, the staff is friendly and having 24 hour access is extremely convenient. I also really appreciate the garage doors and floor to ceiling windows. All of the natural light makes it feel more inviting than some other gyms I have worked out in where you feel like you are in an old walmart.

I was only a member of this gym for four months but it was easily the best gym experience I have had. Tom and Julia made me feel comfortable and welcomed and there was never a moment where I felt intimidated while lifting. The gym was well stocked with everything I needed and even things I didn't know I needed. 10/10 would recommend. I will miss this gym and Tom and Julia very much.

Best (only) weightlifting gym I’ve ever gone to. Very clean, easy to navigate and a lot of options. Tom and Julia are 10/10, would recommend them to a friend. They are both helpful and very knowledgeable without making things feel intimidating. Music could use an update, looking at you Tom 😂 …

Will, because you didn't explain your one star review, please allow me to.... Your 1 star review was a result of me terminating your membership! As I explained to you when I terminated your membership, you broke the number 1, zero tolerance rule that was explained to you when you joined and was on the document you signed! That states you are not allowed under any circumstances to bring in a guest after staffed hours. It's a liability for my business and a safety issue for my members. Not only did you bring someone in to use the restrooms, you brought them in while you both were intoxicated during the Park Circle St. Patty's day celebration (We could tell because of camera footage) And to make it worse after that you just gave the other person your key fob to come in by themselves still intoxicated to use the restroom again! (We have them on camera staggering trying to run through the gym to the restroom!) And if my gym is so terrible why would you text me and ask if there was anything you could do, or if you could pay a fine instead of having your membership terminated! My members safety is priority one to me and you selfishly compromised that! Like I said to the last person that gave me a 1 star review for terminating their membership for breaking this same rule....BYE FELICIA!!!
