This place always gets a 5 star. My husband and I used to be members here. The owners are wonderful, they had a good training company in there. I hope to go back to visit. It has all the powerlifting and body building components

First time dropping in here and the owner was very helpful and quick to communicate. Answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. The gym was awesome! A lot of equipment variety to meet all training needs and the environment was great, too.

Expensive but as far as Summerville and Charleston area goes by far the best gym if your serious about the gym and like being around others who have the same lifestyle. casual people are better off saving their money and going to planet fitness or golds.

Old school gym, lots of weights and equipment. Only complaint is the lack of air flow.
