Clean, clean, clean! After visiting several PF, by far this one is my favorite. Friendly staff, not overcrowded and newer equipment. Then again, this location did just opened.

Love this location!!! It’s always super empty. Each machine is perfectly spaced out unlike other locations where they put them all close to each other. It is clean at all times. And they even have a rowing machine!!!

Today I went to the gym but I brought my nephew 11 year old and girl at front desk told me they don't allow kids inside so I asked politely if he could stay on of the chairs or anything and girl was rude and said no I told her nobody told me when I sign up anything about that so I had to walk away.I recommend fit nation on San Antonio Blvd, they don't say nothing if you bring your kid and he can sit on the couch no problem at all

I love this place. Try to go every single night. Love the vibe. But love my own company with my head phones on that thread mill the most. Only downside is that time stops @ 1 hr in the thread mill. Whoever set them up, that's a big no NO..

Brand new with great equipment but horrible service as I brought my wife to workout and she is in their system from earlier visits at other locations and she only needs to give her cell# and they denied her because she is required to have an i.d. but we left it back at the hotel. So she could not workout so we came to eat instead. The young girl was naive looking and was not pleasant at all. So from 5 stars I'm only giving 2 stars.

I started coming here because it’s on my way home from work. I signed up with Downey. This PF is so much friendlier. The staff always greets you on your way in and out. Very clean and maintained. I know it just opened hope it’s stays that way. Keep up the good work

love this place! It's clean and not to many people here yet. The staff is awesome they are young and friendly! I love their Gym trainer here, you can tell that he loves to help get you in shape! Try out all the rooms for the cardio intense workouts! The trainer does a great job! Overall this joint is the SH*T, I enjoy my workouts, the people who come in to workout are friendly!!!! Love this place!

Great environment

Gym is new, equipment too and staff was nice. But I had a bad experience whit the staff guys, they told me to leave the gym for "dropping weights" when It was the guy next to me who was doing it, I tried to explain but they didn't listen to me, I had to stand next the front desk and wait for the other guy to drop the weights to prove it wasn't me, this is completely unnecessary, they should be 100% sure its you before they approach to you and tell you to leave the gym.

Really great planet fitness. Brand new location with state of the art equipment. There is a sign that says not to drop equipment. If your looking for a brand new gym with new equipment and one that is clean and doesn't smell than this is …
