I canceled my membership in February and they still are charging me. I told the GM of the location that i canceled because of my disability but he refused to help me. He Told me I had to come in and did not want to work with me over the phone, regardless of my concern for my exposure to Covid-19.

I love it there I’m very comfortable , people are nice and helpful , showers and lockers are clean , there’s many machines and also there’s a black card , you do have to pay 10 dollars more but you do get to bring a friend and there’s a little room for you to go in

First time coming here I was never ever told that I am not allowed to have my little backpack in the gym and I've done this everyday for years out of all the gym.!!!!!! That they set their own rules when corporate pass rules that everybody has to obey by now this girl told me that they said their own rules... With a smile and very rude she told me she asked me to put it in the locker I chose to leave I will never come to the gym very unprofessional.. I will never recommend anybody to come here not worth my time.. avoid coming here ghetto..
