The staff is super friendly! Some of them already say Hi and bye to me by name. They motivate me to keep coming back.

I don't see what all they hype is about. This location was just alright. The parking lot is very confusing and limited. All the equipment is crammed in very closely. There is a limited variety of upper body strength machines. Overall, just alright.

Best Black card spa here!!!Especially compared to DTLA.The best customer service!!Clean facility! Relaxed and welcoming!!Oh and Clean Clean Clean , did I say this place was welcoming and Clean!

Not sure if it’s because it’s newer and bigger but I love this one.All equipment works.They have a separate stretching section. I love privacy because I’m embarrassed of people looking at me.They have yoga balls too!In the mornings there are plenty or machines available.The facility is clean!Extra parking on the side of the gym too! Conveniently located next to the freeway!!!I really like this place!

I like planet fitness because it's open 24 hrs, and the workout stations and area are very clean. Employees are very friendly and helpful, I also love that there's at least 3 different planet finess within a 1 to 2 mile radius of where I live which makes it easy for me to go to a gym.

Men are always spitting phlegm in the water fountain. The workers never clean it and I don’t blame them because a normal person with common sense and decency doesn’t think to look for spit at the water fountain. Stopped refilling my water there. The workers are constantly cleaning after the gym and wiping down machines. It’s not their fault or job to clean after grown men. Unfortunately the water fountain does need to be cleaned frequently due to this.

Hands down the best planet fitness ever! I been coming here since they opened 3 years ago and the customer service is amazing. Friendly staff that are always helpful and the gym is kept very clean. They have training classes on the weekdays. When I took my first training class with trainer Rodrigo, he honestly has changed my life! He’s understanding and knowledgeable. He has helped me set up work outs that work around my injuries and are inlined with my body goals. Thank you so much Rodrigo and the planet fitness team!

Was in the area and stopped by. Brought my 83 year old mom to experience the gym for the first time. It was very clean and well kept. Diego went above and beyond to help us and made us feel welcomed. Will definitely come back. Great experience here! Thank you!

Great work out experience, staff is friendly, water refill station is automatic and clean, toilets are clean and have a huge space. Not a lot of people attend the Norwalk location, great if you want few people in the gym when working out. …
