Living in a van and going across country I have visited many Planet Fitness locations. This was the single worst location I have ever visited. This is place is a DUMP. Every possible avenue that they could have went “cheap” on, they did. The parking lot is small, completely full and cramped, and not well designed. The whole place stinks like a dump. Every machine is being used. The person behind the desk was completely rude and hated her job (get another job, you CHOSE to be there). The bathroom stinks and the hook for your gym bag was missing from the bathroom stall. The bathroom was dirty. The shower had a cheap shower head and no place to put your soap, the water stream was very light and wasn’t relaxing. At least it was nice and hot, some places weren’t hot before. The changing rooms had no tables so you just drop all of your clean stuff on their dirty floor. Disgusting location. A dump I will never return to again.

Expect no free weights. This place is large but this was the scene for 30min. No joke. And it's like that every day. This place really needs to get more loose equipment/weights. The one in SF has same amount of free weights for half the square footage. Hate it here

Great staff, great equipment all for a low price of 20$ per month for the black membership, which include access to their tanning booth, massage chairs and aquatherapy. Plus their open 24/7. This gym beats out any other gym by alot!

Planet fitness isn't so bad to be honest. But unfortunately that gym isn't for me because of the limited amounts of workout equipment and weight restrictions. There isn't a flat bench. There's no place to dead lift. And if you wanna do squats then you're probably gonna do it on a Smith machine. Those are the Omega three that I must have in a gym. But like I said if you just want to be healthy and toned this is your kind of gym. Its clean most of the time and the staff are pretty chill.

No stars or any review. The location was extremely dirty the front desk clerk was a bit of rude person as well, I happened to be on the area from out of town, and was an awful experience visiting this location. Furthermore, I had walked in to the gym, and experienced this again dreadful encounter I literally seen the maintenance guy moping the restroom and entire locker room with the same dirty filthy mop not having a bucket with clean water. lastly, prior to entering the locker room was my first initial reaction not to stay at this location prior to seeing clusters of dirt on the floor of the locker room... BAD, BAD, BAD! This location does not, and I mean NOT! deserve any stars the only way i can post a comment is by clicking a star.

I had a membership with this place for a whole year and then they did not want me anymore at this location. They actually cancelled my membership for no reason. I hope they go out of business! They keep getting new staff members, they have too many inconsistencies at the front desk area! So that means talks about too many conversations!!! My vibe from this location is mixed emotions. Another double standard! Its ok for her to work out, but I can't work out at the gym. NO. I would not recommend any of my friends to go there! They are discriminative and they are unfair! Just because I want to work out and keep my body in shape, they are jealous of me. I will be looking into legal avenue in regards to this situation. No, they cannot do that!

Love this place--management and staff are very courteous, helpful and willing to give the customer the benefit of the doubt. My home PF location has been San Jose for the past year, but I love that I can bounce back and forth between both locations with my Black card membership. Possibly will make this PF location my home location in the future (depending on personal situations/work). Love!

I appreciate that Planet Fitness offers low cost gym membership to community members. I also appreciate the friendly, welcoming desk staff. They have been listening two concerns and complaints about cold showers for a few weeks.I do not appreciate the lack of timely response by management to the concerns of gym members having to take cold showers. Allegedly, a plumber will be coming out next Thursday to look at the situation. I don't understand why it would take so long for a plumber to come out and look at the situation. There has been no communication between management and gym members about the cold water situation.Also, the hair dryer in the women's locker room has been broken and according to the front desk staff there is a new one in the storage closet that needs to be installed. I don't even use the hair dryer but annoyed at the lack of concern about good customer service by the manager.They tuned for an update.

Awesome staff, usually super clean. For 20$ I get unlimited access to tanning and massage beds along with all the equipment. They have all the basic smith machines and free weights you could need.Anyone not liking planet fitness should probably go spend the extra 40$ a month to get what they.Planet fitness is awesome

As an older gentleman, I love this place. The machines seem rather well kept, and I even occasionally use the tanning booth.Their prices are reasonable, and I don't get harassed with non stop sales pitches. I often go in the middle of the night because I'm not fond of crowds, and the staff there are great!I can't recommend it more.
