Rocha Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the go to place if you’re interested in challenging yourself physically and mentally. Professor Eduardo is a fantastic instructor and he is really good at pointing out small details and concepts which will help you better understand the techniques that you are learning. The gym is clean, students are friendly, and there are structured programs for beginners and advanced students. This is a great place to train.

Eduardo is a fascinating teacher with a lot of excellent details for old school Jiu Jitsu and the techniques he teaches are really an improvement for my BJJ. 🤙🏻 …

Had the opportunity to attend his seminar in Munich. Eduardo is one if the best professors I ever met on the mat. He teached us old-school Jiu Jits into the New... techniques which work against fancy new school BJJ. Every time a honor to have him here!

Strengthens Mind and Body (and it's FUN!)The instruction is clear, the classes are well structured, and the environment is welcoming and professional. Great for all levels! My detail-oriented brain craves to know the “why” behind every move, so it’s wonderful that the teachers are very specific from the onset. Many of the students are training to compete and they’re in class several times per week. For the first couple of weeks, I had pre-class butterflies, but I kept coming back because the people are genuine, helpful and friendly. I’ve been at the gym for more than a year now. While I might still wheeze and struggle during the basic conditioning workouts, I am getting stronger and learning a ton! I’m a 5 ft. tall, 100 lb. adult female with a background in dance, but zero martial arts experience. I was initially scared to join, as I have asthma and autoimmune issues, but through this gym and the encouragement of the teachers and students, I’ve learned that my body is capable of more than I thought! I’m thankful for the opportunity. If you’re considering whether to join, please do! You’ll be learning from the best: Eduardo Rocha is a four-time Master World Champion (IBJJF).

Every time I've had the privilege to come train here it's been a next level experience. Professor Rocha is a multiple world champion and his seminars are second to none! I've literally seen a teammate go to one seminar and use the move demonstrated to win his next tournament. Rocha Jiu Jitsu is the gold standard to wich other academies strive to meet.
