The gym is well-known for its cleanliness and friendly staff, creating a welcoming environment for members. People alike can enjoy a range of classes like Yoga, Zumba, Bootcamp, and Barre Fit. This place is CLEAN!!!! The pool is clean. The sauna and steam room are clean. The whole facility is clean. That is why I am here instead of 24-hour fitness. I love this place. It's worth the money!

This gym is so well-maintained! I absolutely love working out here. The group fitness classes are high quality, the locker rooms are super nice, and the staff is extremely friendly. Completely worth the cost of membership!!!

Facilities are very good and the staff is great. The track is very nice touch. My only gripe is with the guys who seem to think it is okay to leave their dirty towels strewn about the floor rather than depositing them in the receptacle for that purpose. This happens a lot so it's a negative. Review would have been 5 stars otherwise.

You definitely get what you pay for here. This gym/sports club is clean, expansive and never overly-crowded. The only negative is a currently shuttered hot tub, but the heated pool is always an option. Basketball court and indoor running track is a nice touch.

I couldn't imagine a better place to work out; clean, respectful clientele, non-noisy.

Nicest and largest Club One of the San Francisco and East Bay. Outdoor swimming pool, loads of machines, free weights, cardio (including ergometers), full size indoor basketball court, a running track above it, jacuzzi, sauna, steam, nice lockers, varried clientele, everyone pretty nice and relaxed. Lots of different classes.

I got a month membership here and I tried it out. It was wonderful! There's always plenty of locker space and there's locks that come with it which you can pin on your shirt or carry around with you as you work out. Lots of showers. I went their around 5 times a week, sometimes twice a day and I only had to wait for a shower maybe twice. They have a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. As far as the workout equipment goes, there was only once when I couldn't get on the machine I wanted (stairmaster) and it was because two were out of commission. They got those fixed within a week I think.
