Incredibly welcoming, the coaches led awesome fitness classes and always gave live feedback and alterations when I couldn't do a move. They've done such a great job creating a safe and friendly environment for people to focus on their health.

My partner had a phone consult with one of the trainers. It ended up not working out because the course was wildly expensive and out of their price range. The trainer was having trouble taking no for an answer - and I get it. It’s a business and you’re trying to make money. But now they keep getting texts like “Here’s a new offer (that’s still hundreds of dollars a month” and “What do you say boss?” Not sure why they can’t respect a no because they can’t afford your prices. Maybe ease off the ridiculous amount of spam and respect boundaries!

Being able to work out at home with a great community has been so revolutionary for my journey. I'm a new parent, and finding the time to truly take care of me has been a great thing. The coaches are great, the workouts are great, it's only been good experiences

I wasn't sure how an online gym would be, but it's actually really effective. Classes are live streamed at specific times, making it easy to schedule. And not having to leave home is always a plus. I get super self-conscious at in-person gyms, which is why I never go to them. The classes themselves are super fun. I've never liked exercising before, but I find myself genuinely excited to log into class. The coaches are super nice and attentive. Definitely recommend 👍

For the first time in my 40+ years of existence, exercise isn't just a chore I have to suffer through. It has all been wonderful! The classes are a blast. The coaches are epic- knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The community is diverse and magical. Highly highly highly recommend.

I'm about 3 weeks in out of the 6 months that I'll for sure be doing the classes. I'm not able to afford to have a coach any longer, but even having a coach just for the first 6 weeks has been a huge boost in motivation and accountability. Coach liv is cool as hell and has really helped me start trusting and believing in myself more. The workouts are the perfect level of challenging for me and have sweat dripping off my face after every class, and I'm excited to get to my workout literally every time. And even if I'm not excited, once the call starts and we start the warm up, I am INTO IT.Workouts could be a little more varied and stay focused more on the specific muscle group, but that's just my personal preference.Overall, it's already changed my life and I seriously can't wait to see where I'm at by the time my membership is over ❤️❤️🌈
