The gym is nice, but the shake-making business is horrible. I just waited fifteen minutes before walking out—without ordering, and there was no line. Apparently, the two guys working there are unable to make more than one shake at a time and each shake takes a 1/4 hr to make. Phuck that.

Go to a smaller gym with better client relationships. Customer service is terrible, I left messages to get anyone to call me back, but I heard nothing. And when I finally did get a call, it was more than a week later to inform me my billing failed. My card had been stolen, so it was canceled. Employees all had conflicting information on what was or wasn't allowed, from corporate to management to front desk. LA Fitness is the Walmart of gyms. Spend your money elsewhere 🤷♀️
