This is a solid gym and staff is awesome. Much love to those guys. Not many old school gyms out there anymore! Great place to get a lift in. As you can see all of the negative reviews are political crybabies who've never even been there. Don't pay attention to that, be a free thinker and make your own opinion.

This gym is like family. Everyone is supportive of one another and helps each other reach their fitness goals. The trainers here are AMAZING, I’ve been trained by Erica Knight on and off for two years and she’s become a great friend and helped me get into the best shape I’ve ever been and supporting me while I competed. The owner understands and advocates the fact that the gym is, for many people, an essential function! Many individuals, including myself, use this facility to manage anxiety and depression symptoms as well through exercise, lifting and the family culture this gym has to offer. This gym is set up perfect for body builders and has recently gotten many new pieces of equipment I’ve never seen at any commercial gym before!

This is an amazing gym, they care about their members and treat us like family. They go above and beyond for us every single day. This is the only gym I’ve been apart of that the owners are on site and active at the facility (cleaning, signing people up, getting to know everyone). This place has such a great atmosphere all the members are friendly and encouraging. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced lifter you will feel at home here.

This gym is great! Everyone who works out there is very respectful of what they use, and makes sure to wipe down once finished. Owner of gym; Lou, is on top of social distancing. He has everything set up in compliance to the 6 foot rule, and will diligently watch to make sure things are staying in place/being wiped down. He monitors the doors to make sure they do not reach their limited capacity.Very happy with my membership, and I will recommend this gym to people who want to support local business and stray far far away from the big box gym lifestyle.

I wish there was more starts so that i can give this gym a better review. I love this place, from my coach Lou, an amazing trainer and friend, to the atmosphere and the vibe of the place, i simply love it. From all my years going through so many gyms, i finally feel like home. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and professionals, helping you achieve your fitness goals giving you the tips and tools that you required to do so. Come check it out, it has change my life and my family’s life definitely a 10/10 gym.
