Energy. It's the one word that I feel describes this play better than any other. Mike and Heidi bring it every workout. They CRUSH it and bring an unmatched level of pure energy. This is the kind of place you go when you want a push. The workouts are better and just more than anything I have done in crossfit, boxing, or sports training. It's just the best kind of workout. You're guaranteed to sweat. You're guaranteed to work. And you're guaranteed to love it. Easily the best workouts I've ever had. Easily the best gym I've ever been to.

The best place to workout! I’ve tried a few places in Oceanside and nothing compares to the type of workout and quality of coaches here. Michael and Heidi create such an energizing and encouraging workout environment. The workouts will push you out of your comfort zone. We’ve seen amazing results both physically and mentally. If I could give SweatDreams a million stars I would. This place is way more than just a gym. It's easy to feel intimidated and out of place when you start a new group fitness experience, but Michael and Heidi have literally built the most incredible, accepting, supportive, and LIT community of all time. The motivation you get both in and out of the gym is indescribable. The workouts are challenging as hell, but beyond rewarding and backed to give you amazing results. The playlists are fire and the coaches go out of their way to make you feel special and comfortable (and even make you laugh). I could legit write a novel about this place but you just gotta try it for yourself!!!

This class was everything they advertised - fast paced, high energy, and so great! You’ll want to give yourself time to take a few classes before you get into the groove. Former weightlifting / F45 / CrossFit experience helps as a lot of the movements utilize lifts that really can’t be easily taught on the fly. However it’s also super easy to modify so if you don’t know a move or aren’t comfortable the instructors make great recommendations so anyone can take the class.Parking was a breeze if you get there early. Morning classes get packed fast.Everyone was so welcoming - from the instructor to fellow participants. Loved the community. No egos, just people who want to sweat and get fit together!
