My boys and I have been going to ruffhouse for a while and we love it. I feel like it's a 2nd family. Coach Dez and T are great with the kids and Crystal is a great motivator in the ruff camp. Definitely worth the money. Love them all there.

Ruff house has been amazing and life changing for me and my kids, my son told me he feels like family there. Jiu-jitsu is addicting itself but the coaches at ruffhouse bring a level of comfort, patience and drive. You will know ur in the right spot.

I’ve had a lot of inner anger issues inside that I’ve needed to workout and coach Dez, Crystal, Frankie, Tryann have all worked with me to achieving that! Crystals boot camps are simply the best she works with you and pushes you to do the best of your ability! Dez, Frankie and coach T are the best at communicating on the mat! Even if I didn’t understand the first time they take time to explain the submissions to make sure you do it right! The best workout I’ve ever had! My kid loves jiujitsu there as well!

I would strongly recommend Ruffhouse MMA fitness HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE! for fitness goals, self defense training and a great place for kids to learn well behaved manner and respect along with many other great qualities as they grow. This place is very family oriented and very welcoming, related by blood or not in Ruffhouse MMA you become family.

My 15yr old daughter trains at Ruffhouse and absolutely loves it. The coaches Dez and Tryann (coach T) are fantastic! These guys train hard! Ruffhouse is definitely where you want to be if you’re serious about training in Jiu Jitsu and MMA.

The best all around martial arts gym in Odessa Tx. As someone who has fought under their team in the past, I can vouch for the elite level instruction from champion and multiple time medalist Dez Hill. Ruffhouse emphasizes team atmosphere, hard work, and you can see it from the beginners to the pros with how dedicated they are to their craft. They also have an awesome kids program and is a great place/sport for kids to train and grow confidence while learning legit self defense.

Awesome environment for kids/adults the kids jiujitsu classes are awesome and the woman’s camp is the bomb! While my kids are on their jiujitsu class I workout at the same time! Coaches are the best in town! And the kids been learning so much in the last year! If you looking a self defense program this gym is the best option in town!

Ruff House is amazing! This place is extremely high level, the coaching is top notch, and they have excellent programs for kids and adults of all ages! I highly recommend Ruff House and the entire coaching staff! Great place for anyone to start a martial arts journey.
