I would give them a 0 star if possible. Awful customer service. They are a scam. DON’T SIGN UP A MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT. I have been trying to cancel my membership for the last three months and I can’t get anyone to respond to my emails to cancel my membership. Zero accountability. People that answer the phone can’t help you cancel. Very shady technique to continue to cancelMembership. I will report this account to the better business bureau. Complete extortion. DON’T TRUST THIS PEOPLE

The gym is difficult to use and in disrepair. At least half of the cardio equipment is either off or non-functional, cramming everyone onto one row. The weight machines have pins and cables missing without an out of order sign to let you know what wasn't working. Even the bathrooms were dirty and at least 20 percent non operational. As someone with limited time to sort all this out, I wound up leaving with very little done. It's a good location with nice equipment, but management needs to step up their maintenance game.

Love the gym! Have been going for almost a year. Very friendly staff. Especially Tabi, always greets me hello and goodbye!My toddler loves the daycare!! Very nice girls in there too!!

The environment is great with plenty of equipment so you’re never waiting around for a machine to be available. The staff is always really friendly and happy to answer any questions I may have. Genesis is always happy to assist me every time I have a question with a cheerful deposition.

Such a great team they have here at trufit. I was greeted/introduced by Genesis and Chris. I was able to sign up a quick and easy. I love the sauna and the machinery they have. I’ve even made two great friends here being Genesis and Chris. I find a lack in equipment, such as pins and clips for the bench bars. Another then that, 5 stars!

Great experience signing up with the GM Miranda! She was very sweet and kind, it’s nice to see the gym lights working again. Front desk is also nice as well.Ready to hit my goals this year!
