My experience with Dr Coty Spraggs was excellent! Coming from a family of chiropractors, I’d been adjusted many times in my life and thought this would just be the normal routine I was used to.. He definitely exceeded my expectations! Dr Spraggs was thorough, caring, thoughtful, and taught me a lot about the health of my body. I’m 23 years old and struggle with mild-anxiety, food allergies, and hormone imbalance. He showed me how much regular adjustments have a great impact on all of those things (that many people struggle with). I can’t say enough how much I appreciated the time he took with me during my appointment. Highly recommend!

Dr. Spraggs is a tremendous adjuster and diagnostician. More than that, you can tell from the moment you meet him he is a straight up incredible human being. I've never had a doctor listen to me so intently and felt so genuinely heard. You can tell he loves what he does, does it well, and cares deeply about the wellness of his patients. I have had chronic issues with sciatica and a herniated disc in my lower back and he knew exactly how to help me and get me immediate relief. This is the kind of chiropractor you are looking for to develop a life long relationship with and feel confident referring your friends to.

We took our 8 year old son here for help with bed wetting and outbursts. Dr Coty explained the neurological components contributing to our son’s problems. I was nervous the process would be time consuming and difficult like other neuro programs I’ve looked into, but Dr Coty’s homework is very doable, only taking us a few minutes each day. We had amazing results with Dr Coty! In just 8 weeks our son quit wetting the bed and his overall presence calmed down significantly. Dr Coty is incredibly caring and knowledgeable. He makes treatment fun for kids and encouraging for parents. Dr. Coty was very personable and professional. Prior to my visit I was having back pain and trouble sleeping at night, after the adjustment I noticed an immediate change for the better. He was also able to align my son who is currently experiencing growing pains. My family plans on be seeing him regularly moving forward. We would absolutely recommend to friends and family.
