So helpful working with Charlie and Libby! They showed me the facilities and welcomed me to my new PF membership— highly recommended for the great customer service.

Literally the worst gym I've ever been to. People are rude. They have the most basic equipment. They waste a ridiculous amount of paper towels everyday wiping down the equipment and its still dirty. Cant do any core workouts because the lighting is so bright its almost blinding. Says its judgement free but literally everyone judges you including the owner. The rules are so pointless theyre just control freaks honestly. Went here for not even month and switched back to my old gym. 100% WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

Very clean gym. Excellent service and equipment. Nice locker room and showers.

Love this gym. The staff is extremely friendly and always greets you when you arrive and leave. The team does and awesome job of keeping the facility and equipment extremely clean. The manager is awesome and will go out of his way to help his staff or members when needed. If you are looking for a gym I recommend this Planet Fitness!

Gym is great but not the front desk employees

I want to begin this review of Planet Fitness Wentzville by first disclosing that I have been a member here since the clubs grand opening. I have generally enjoyed going to this location for years but lately the staff and facility have been sub par. The locker room is muggy and for the members that get showered and dressed here, well you are sweating immediately. I guess the owner is too cheap to kick in for the added AC back there. The recent renovation did zero other than move the existing equipment around and add some new grip and surfaces to the equipment. Nothing too impressive. So after all these years my wife and I are done. We've spent way too much money on the same ol same old here.

Can't say I was ever a big fan of this gym. I came because it was the only gym in the area. It wasn't bad before just not my favorite. Well, I guess they saw the new gym getting ready to open in the area and decided to upgrade. The upgrade was a huge failure as far as I'm concerned. The gym is now so crowded one can't lay do a bench press without your knees hitting the large mirror. While they crammed more equipment in they didn't repair the bad ellipticals. The first two I got on this morning both didn't come on. I now can't wait for the new place to open. It is just too full, this upgrade got botched no one wants to work out stacked on top of each other.

The staff is still great! Loved this gym before, but they’ve recent acquired too much gym equipment. Normally that would be a great thing- but they’ve had to take up all the space we had for stretching and floor work. A real bummer, anyone who is trying to stretch after a work out (news flash- everyone should be) is on top of each other or has to give up because there is simply no space. I’ll have to find another gym solution to meet my workout needs, and that is a real disappointment. Stretch space is just as important as workout space, so this is a real let down to have this happen.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The massage chairs are amazing... clean showers and locker rooms as usual. Great location!
