Advanced Training and Rehab Physical Therapy - North O'Fallon

The staff is amazing! Everyone is so great to work with and they are all extremely knowledgeable. They make getting back to feeling good fun!

This is the second physical training place I’ve been to and it’s definitely my favorite. There’s always a happy welcoming atmosphere and every employee there is amazing to work with. They’re also very good at catering to their patients needs. I was pretty independent which worked great for me, but other had a much more hands on approach when/if needed.

The entire group here makes you feel that they care for you. They listen to your goals and help you achieve them. I can guarantee that they made my return to work faster and easier after an injury. My job is really physical, and I would not be working today without them. I cannot emphasize enough what a great group of people they are!

This is the place to go for your therapy. The therapist are friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. They take time to listen and truly care about your progress. 100% recommend.

I've been to physical therapy a bunch of times in my life. This place is far and above all others in ability, care, convince, kindness and effectiveness. From the very beginning the service, the courtesy, the assistance was and still remains phenomenal. The scheduling process was hands down the best experience I’ve had at any office. The staff members were very kind and helpful and assured me that I could get in. They made sure I was scheduled for a time that worked for me.Upon arrival, I was treated with care and compassion. Again, the staff was so helpful and patient. They really catered to my needs and even showed concern for my religious needs without me having to address them. The actual therapist asked whether I would be comfortable or not seeing him and offered to have a female come in my room instead. I was absolutely blown away by how well-mannered and passionate these folks are about what they do.I have to say, this is indeed the best treatment I’ve received at this type of setting. And as a Muslim, I was not discriminated against or maltreated. Whether you are a patient being treated or a tag-along plus one, you will be treated great. The atmosphere, the energy here, is something that deserves recognition. May The Lord of The Heavens and the Earth grant this place blessings and growth. Though I am not a patient here, I would love to be. My mother has told me not once, not twice, nor thrice but four times about her experience here. That says a lot. I’ve never heard of a patient recounting their experience at this type of setting. At least not in a positive manner. Being that you all are taking care of my mother, the least I can do is give an honest review.First impressions are everything. This office’s first impression will be the same as it’s last, and you will never want it to be the last. Absolutely amazing! 10/10. I thank Allah that her road to recovery is with the likes of Advanced Training and Rehab. This specific location has raised my expectations for all clinical settings.The part that really wows me and is almost tear-jerking is the respect for our religion. Trust me, we have had very negative reactions to the way we dress and our beliefs. Never would I have expected such a positive response. On top of that, she didn’t have to say a word about her needs. They just knew. I just love it and I’m 845 miles away. My mother’s happiness is my happiness. What hurts her, hurts me. What makes her day, makes my week. I've been going since January. The staff is friendly and makes me feel at ease. They are very knowledgeable and professional in performing their therapy. I have come far in my therapy and feel better with every session. I highly recommend Advanced Training and Rehab for all your physical therapy.
