Feel the pump! And feel for your shoes when nature calls! Might need to call a professional cleaning company to service these toilets and urinal.

Staff was very rude while attempting to solve a billing issue, that was resolved at the location 3 miles away same day. One of the worst club fitness locations in terms of amenities. Still paying over $30 a month without the sauna, childcare, hydro-beds, etc. The only reason I utilized this club was based on location. Will not be going back.

No direct line to ask simple questions. 13 year old daughter wanted to workout & they can't offer a 1 day pass to see if she likes the gym due to her not being 18. $90 for a one month membership..Customer service here sucks!

I’ve been going to this gym for years and I swear it gets hotter every single summer. Today, in May, it was 90 degrees INSIDE while working out. This is unacceptable for paying members. I have complained every single summer and nothing happens. Also, a former gym member had a stroke because of this heat so you’d think they’d stop messing around and fix it. Ridiculous. This gym always gets the short end.

Over the last year and a half I've reached 9 times out to the corporate office the front desk and other locations to have the hot water fixed. It's still not fixed. Nor have I heard back from anybody on a follow-up. Sucks that they won't fix the hot water nor the corporate folks won't call me or email me back. CF just cares about making $ rather than happy members.*Update to owner*: did you not read the review??... I've contacted support and there was no reply.. please stop replying to reviews with a generic reply to contact support & do something to fix the issues. Thanks

Great gym but my key card will randomly not work. I go every night and every so often I have to either wait for someone to let me in or go home. When I test it when employees are around it works just fine. So annoying 🤦♂️ …

Gym is great but the new gym card swiper sucks. It sometimes doesn't pick up the barcode from your phone screen sometimes so you're standing at the door like a dummy moving your phone trying to get the door open.

Great value. The location I go to is a small hole in the wall gym. But it’s never too crowded, they have everything I need to get a good workout, it’s always the same 20ish people there in the early morning and it has that everybody knows everyone vibe. I pass a way nicer club location that is always super crowded, and is probably triple the size, to go to my favorite gym with my group of people.

The club has been recently remodeled, which is great, but it's not always staffed. I've tried to get a new key card three times now and have failed due to the one front desk guy either taking his break (somewhere out of sight) or no one working. There's no child care at North Main either. If I want to speak with an actual employee or have childcare, I'll have to go to a different location, which is not convenient. If you want a place to workout and you don't care of there's an employee to help you should you need one, I guess this location is satisfactory.
