I joined F45 almost a year ago without having set foot in the gym and it was the best decision I ever made. The trainers professional and encouraging, the workouts are killer, and the atmosphere is like a family. The gym is extremely flexible and inclusive, constantly asking the members what times work best for them when it comes to classes and if there's any changes they'd like to see.Even though the gym is technically closed due to the pandemic, they've added online workouts / live streams for members to ensure we're able to keep working towards are goals.Looking forward to more classes in and out of this gym.

I joined F45 Chesterfield when they first opened, and I could not be happier. From the beginning, it did not feel like just another gym. The small group classes have been amazing, and the sense of community is unmatched anywhere else. It was such a positive experience from the beginning that it changed my life routine so that I could make my 5:15 am classes every weekday. The coaches and other members are encouraging, and anyone can work out in any class, with guidance and modifications from the coaches they can meet any level, from beginner to elite athlete. I have been so impressed with how they have continued to support the fitness goals of their community during the stay-at-home orders through online workouts. It has been life-changing for me, as I have lost almost 30 lbs and have become significantly stronger due to the encouragement of the team.

I joined F45 6 months post partum, and now just 2 short months later am back into all my clothes, have a ton of energy & look forward to the fast paced workouts each day. The owners, Chelsea & Levi are amazing! They do a great job of keeping everyone motivated & bringing all the members together. They also do a really great job of watching your form and giving modifications when needed. I really can’t recommend this gym enough! Try them you will love it as much as I do!!

This is the perfect place to join if you are looking at getting back in shape or looking to get out of the boredom of going to a typical gym. It’s 45 minutes of an intense workout. I like that everyday is different and that you get your cardio and strength training in. F45 is an excellent concept and makes me want to get up and workout everyday. I actually look forward to it.Levi and Chelsea have done a great job from start up to instructing everyday. They help motivate and instruct with great passion. You can tell they love what they are doing and know that F45 is one of the best workouts around.F45 Chesterfield has showers to use which makes it convenient for working out and getting to work on time.I tried the one week free Trial back In November and knew this was exactly what I needed to get me motivated about fitness again. It’s never dull or boring and you will work harder in 45 minutes than you can ever workout at a gym on your own.The best part is there are people of all fitness levels but everyone supports each other!!!!I strongly recommend you give it a try and you won’t regret it!!!

F45 is incredible!! Owners, Chelsea and Levi, together with their instructors have created a gym family with their positivity, professionalism, and kindness. You can tell they truly care about every single person there. The workouts are fantastic and adaptable to every fitness level. They even modified for me when I had to wear a boot for several months so I could safely continue!!! The online workouts during the Covid quarantine were a lifesaver and I can’t wait until I can return to the gym!!! Thanks for being amazing F45 Chesterfield!!!

I've lived in St. Louis for 4 years now and it took me that long to finally found a gym that I LOVE. The workouts are a great mix of cardio and strength training - you don't need a personal trainer or multiple gym memberships. The class times are perfect for me to adjust around my ever-changing work schedule. They have been even more flexible during the pandemic in offering online workouts and class streaming so we can all still be active while practicing social distancing. But hands down the best part of being a member here is the owners! Not only is it great to be supporting small business owners but they are hands on and do the workouts with us. I joined F45 a couple months ago, eager to spice up my workouts! This place did not disappoint. Their workouts are challenging but extremely doable for any age! Not only is it a new workout every day, but it’s only 45 minutes.. how can you beat that!? Owners Chelsea and Levi are incredible people who make you feel like part of their family from the moment you step in the door. I would highly recommend trying out F45 Chesterfield!! You will not regret it.

F45 has been such a blessing to my life! Chelsea and Levi are one of the kindest couples I know. And they do an amazing job running their gym. Their coaches that work with them are just as great. Everyone is welcome here and workouts can be adjusted based on a person’s abilities, whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or are looking for a change in your routine. Every workout is different, which is refreshing. You can tell they truly care about their members. This gym has created such a great community! I have been going to F45 for over a year now (and F45 Chesterfield since they opened) and absolutely love it!!
