John was the trainer I met with today for my intake and he certainly does make a good first impression. He was polite, professional, and very high energy. We went through goals both nutritional and in the gym where he displayed great knowledge and expertise. We did a couple short leg exercises that were getting to me and he helped push me to the finish while prioritizing safety. John will definitely get you right if you're ready to push through.

Josh was an excellent trainer, especially for myself being new in a gym environment. Patient, educational, friendly, great attitude and awesome personality. Overall the gym and Josh are a fantastic place to pursue my fitness goals. Highly recommend it to all.
