I am a new member of 10 Gym and have been amazed by the professionalism and friendliness of the gym staff! I often notice the staff members doing walk throughs restacking weights and cleaning windows and gym equipment. The day manager Jabari (sp) is really an asset to the organization. His positive demeanor toward patrons and staff is definitely noticed. I am pleased with my decision to join a new gym.

I went to 10gym and first off they lied to me telling me the north side location had a pool and I called the north side location and they told me no they did not have a pool only location that has a pool was in owasso which is 1.5 hours away ! So I will not be back the whole point of me joining was to have a pool im stage 5 kidney failure and I can’t exercise swimming is about all I can do! Then I gave them my debit card and somehow they got my bank account number and routing number and went into my checking account I never gave them authorization to do that !! This is not how to run a business! I will never be back !

Met with John today to go over goals/wants in the gym and he was very honest and thorough with the plan he gave me. He explained and showed me alot of necessities. Can’t wait to get ginormous.

I've been at 10gym off and on for 13 years and I feel like the staff is excellent and the location has great equipment. I really enjoy going there, however because of the summer heatand the gym not lowering the temperature to 70 degrees, I could not finish several of my workouts. There's no fans around to circulate the air and I'm not the only one who feels this way, I have talked to many of the members who have mentioned this problem and have brought this issue to the staff as well, and they replied that management will not allow them to lower the thermostat any lower. I'm hoping this reaches the right people who are able to solve this problem. With it being such an excellent gym to workout, at the moment I am unable to give them a 5 star rating because of the air conditioning situation.

I met with Josh today to plan out my fitness goals and what I want to achieve. He was very attentive and I found it very easy to be completely honest about my bad habits without fear of judgement. It felt like a safe space and I am very happy about that. I highly recommend seeing josh to work on your fitness wants and needs!
