Why is it so easy to get a membership but IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL!!?? Soo ridiculous.. I have Neurological medical issues I have spoke to several different people and they all have me speaking to someone else..then someone else..sent several emails.. SEVERAL.. then have been to the location multiple times.. yet smh no help it is crazy how they they treat people with medical issues.

Wouldn't sign a contract with this company. I canceled membership after my contract was up due to not being on that side of town anymore. They decided to charge me full price on club fees upon cancelation. I was able to afford it but if money is tight, which I know it is for many, do not sign up with this company. I will tell everyone about their crookedness.

Josh, Jamie and Nathaniel are top notch trainers! 10/10 recommend. Me and my girlfriend have had 2 sessions so far. We are for sure feeling the soreness but it feels good. Those 3 guys have us super motivated to reach our goals because they are just as excited as us. The gym can be intimidating but 10gym has made it comfortable and fun. We’ve tried other gyms and dreaded going but for the first time ever we actually feel like we cannot wait to go to the gym in the morning! Also Josh and Jamie worked with us on a training plan that we could afford and we very appreciative for that!
