Sent me a bill I haven't went in two months and I called and tried to cancel they said to come in sign first off they told me I was only supposed to spend $30 a month and they charge 40 and I was on the month to month they said they weren't going to do this when I signed up big surprise. They got the funkiest showers I've ever seen and the sauna doesn't even get hot.

This gym is like family! Overall an excellent, locally-owned facility with staff that are available and sincerely care about your goals. The childcare is outstanding as well- my boys run straight in! They adore their teachers and the area. I recently got there before childcare opened, and the owner personally went and opened the room and watched my boys so I could start my workout. You don’t get that kind of care at chain gym! Thank you for the great facility and for being in our community.

I go to Silver Sneakers several times a week, whenever I don't have a conflicting obligation. Instructors are awesome. Obvious lots of attention to maintaining a safe, clean, healthy environment. Great staff all around.

I love this place! I love the people! The classes are great, really, there is something for everybody! Several different class time options. Biffs is AMAZING!!

I’ve been coming to Biffs almost daily for about about 4 months and I love it! I joined because of the highly recommended childcare and they were right about it! The women who work here are fantastic and do treat my son like their own. They remembered his name after just one day of going and now all the ladies know his name. That means a lot to me as I’m a FTM and don’t allow just anyone to watch him.The equipment is clean and there are plenty of machines so you rarely have to wait. Everyone is super friendly and it does feel like a home. I don’t have to work out in fear of judgement and I feel comfortable and confident just being myself at Biffs!
