It is hard to find the words to express how much I enjoy working out at Fit-Werks. I left for 5 years and “tried” to stay in shape on my own and failed. I have been back now for only a few months, and I look and feel so much better. I also …

Let me start by saying, as with most aspects of life…. You will ALWAYS get out, what you put in. However, if you wanna work your butt off, sweat it out with some good people, and surpass your fitness goals, there is no stopping you at this facility.Fit-Werks is a great place to stay motivated and take your training to the next level. I have considerable experience with circuit and HIIT training classes. Ive been doing circuit/HIIT, functional fitness, and strength training for about 15years. I’ve worked out in some of the top gyms and sports facilities in the country. Ive had the privilege to be trained by D1 and professional level coaches, alongside similar level athletes. Moreover, I learned the importance of proper, well rounded fitness during my military career as an Army Ranger with the 1st Ranger Battalion. Trust me, I know good trainers when I see them. Most “boot camp” or group fitness style gyms can all be put in the same class. Typically, they tailor towards women who are trying to get back to the gym and need that assistance. Those people who might be afraid of big open gyms with little guidance. Usually the classes are for beginner to intermediate fitness levels, at best. They lack a lot of diversity in equipment, exercises, or varying methods to increase your cardio output. Their “coaches” have little experience and even less care for their students improvement. Within a year it becomes easy to plateau and become stagnant in your fitness level gains. I have been a part of these gyms too, and I left within months.I found this gym from a friend’s recommendation. I have been here for a little over a year. The most important emphasis I look for in a fitness facility is the ability for a class to allow ALL FITNESS LEVELS to get an amazing workout. It doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out or have been doing it for years. Every class afford you the capacity to work hard and increase your fitness level. These training classes combine the best of circuit, HIIT, and strength training. Very few gyms allow you to have the opportunity to perform complex power movements like back squat and bench press while simultaneously doing sprints/sled work and agility drills. Over time you’ll shred pounds because this type of workouts change your metabolism, build muscle, and increase your cardio output.Lastly, the coaches live and breathe for their clients and it’s their top priority. They are ALWAYS looking to improve and keep the classes fun and challenging. I’ve met some awesome workout partners at this gym too. Almost everyone is super nice and encouraging. For me, gyms are supposed to be fun and a time to socialize as well.I’m happy to have found this gym and will always encourage my friends or family to join.

I ABSOLUTELY love this gym for several reasons! I love the people and the trainers! All very encouraging! I love the workouts. I would never push myself on my own like I push myself at this gym (with the trainers help in pushing me of course!) The challenges that they do throughout the year are fun and motivation to get some weight off or push yourself further. I also love the variety of workouts. That is probably the best part so you don't get tired of doing the same things! I have been a member for almost 2 years and don't plan on stopping anytime soon!

I’ve been at FitWerks for about 8 months now and I LOVE it! Not only are the trainers so kind and knowledgeable but everyone in class is also so very kind! I love that there are lots of times available and that I can bring my son with me. I came in with the goal of improving my mental health and I have surpassed that goal! I’ve lost weight, gained muscle and my self confidence is back! This gym knows how to set you up for success and gives you a sense of community and belonging!

I have never been in better shape. I’ve been with fit werks for almost a year, have dropped all my baby weight and some. This gym is filled with genuine trainers that just want you to live your best life possible , modifications are always made if there is something that hurts my previously injured knees and the entire gym cheers you on during boot camps. There are so many boot camp time options which is something that really helps me with my busy kiddo schedule and I really appreciate that.Gained an entire fit fam and so can you 😀💪🏼
