Truly enjoy the great trainers and training sessions. I get a pretty awesome and balanced workout, consisting of Cardio and Weight Training! The Heart Rate monitor can be gimmicky sometimes, but the workouts are 100% Amazing!!!

OTF is the best! I have been going to this location since it opened 4 years ago! The classes always have a variety of exercises between the treadmill, rower, and weight floor every day so you never get bored or tired of the same thing over and over! The best part is you don't have to be "in shape" to workout at OTF. You exercise at your own pace with the guidance of a coach!

I signed up at Orange Theory because I turned 52 and wanted something to challenge me to build muscle and get in shape without injury. I love the heart rate monitor because it pushes me and it's easy to know I'm in the right zone and not overdoing it too. I just hit the one year mark and I want to continue! It's effective and always different. I would never work this hard on my own, the heart rate monitor motivates me to work hard. I ALWAYS leave feeling like I got a great workout! The app is SO EASY to use too!

Orangetheory is foolproof exercise. Everything is organized into classes. Each class rotates between treadmills, rowing machines, and floor/free weights. You are able monitor your heart rate during class to keep yourself accountable. An app is used to book classes and track your progress. The Olathe south location coaching staff is fantastic. As you would expect most of the regulars are pretty fit, which can be intimidating for newbies. Grace, Nicole, Alexa, and Shawn do a great job of welcoming new people where they are fitness wise in a no pressure situation, while still motivating everyone to push themselves. Music, encouragement, and short increments of exercise are big part of the program. The coaches make it a friendly, fun, environment to get, or keep, fit. The only downside is that it's a little pricey relative to a plain gym membership, but if you compare it to the costs of personal training it makes sense.

I was a little nervous at first, thinking it was going to be to fast to follow. Grace was very helpful and walked me through the steps. This was a great workout.

Admittedly I love Orangetheory. But, I don’t love every coach and every studio. However, I chose to drive past two other studios in order to attend Coach Rogers class. That’s how great he is. If you haven’t taken an OTF class you should. You should also take a Coach Roger class:)
