I love how it is open 24 hours. It is clean and plenty of machines to utilize. Clean and they provide plenty of sanitation stations. The staff is very polite and professional. Everyone just need to do their part and sanitize after use or stay home when sick.

Staff members I’ve encountered are nice and willing to help you. The gym is generally pretty clean, membership prices are also reasonable, so that’s a plus!

Staff are all very friendly & helpful. Usually a pretty chill atmosphere. There's usually a few people in there just walking around or sitting on the equipment but not using it and it makes it a little awkward sometimes, especially if you are waiting for a particular machine. Other than that, it's clean and not too busy. A lot of people don’t clean the machines after use so just make sure you wipe it down before use too (but that’s no fault of the facility or staff). I enjoy going and I’d recommend it, especially for beginners or those who are shy. The machines have instructions and everyone minds their own business.

It's clean, the staff is friendly, I like the way the equipment is set up, and truly it is a judge free gym. I feel very comfortable going to Planet Fitness and it is affordable!

Great staff and very informative if you know the right questions to ask. But if your like me and have NEVER been to a gym before in your life then you would be super lost. Had no idea how to use any of the equipment and kinda felt embarrassed to ask. Not welcoming for newbies. Once my membership is done I will probably find somewhere else a little more hands on and helpful...

A great place to go if on a budget and new to exercising. The staff is great.

Love this place! Very clean, the stuff are very nice, environment is much better than a lots of other Gym. We got so lucky.

I love the 30 minute workout room and extra benefits like massage chairs. Very nice for a single busy working mama.
