This gym was absolutely horrible! Coaches are NOT Nice! Manager and Front Desk workers are FAKE! I would not recommend this gym to anyone I know!

I've been with this studio for 5+ years because the OTF members, coaches and staff are amazing people. After all these years, the OTF workouts continue to challenge me. Best 60 minute workout, and all you have to do is show up. OTF will whip you into shape! You'll see!

Orange Theory offers mixed cardio, rowing and lifting classes as well as just lifting classes. I love them all. When your legs are tired of the walking/jogging/running, you can take the lift class. Every class is led by a knowledgeable coach that makes sure you get the most out of class. Class sizes vary from 36 people to 4 people depending on the time of day and popularity of the class. This location and Olathe Pointe have great coaches. You will never have a repeat workout, they are different every day. The heart monitor you wear tells you how hard you are working and how many calories burned etc. If you are a stats geek, the app keeps track of every calorie, step, row etc. The part I like the most is you can go to any studio anywhere and they are all over the U.S. If you don't benefit from a regular gym membership where you have to motivate yourself to workout, Orange Theory is for you. It is the best thing next to a daily Personal Trainer at a fraction of the cost.

If you are looking for something that pushes you in your fitness routine this is your place. They will push you on the rower, tread, and weight floor and they have me completing workouts I likely wouldn't do working out solo. They sprinkle in different challenges/benchmarks/specialty workouts which test your PRs and just add a fun twist to the workouts. I highly recommend trying Orange Theory out for yourself! You won't be disappointed!

The workouts are challenging and change every day targeting different muscle groups. I also don’t have to think about a routine. Just show up and follow the program.

Truly the best workout I have done...and I've done many! Interval-type training on treadmill/rower for cardio health and weight training, which is so important for those of us over 50!! Don't worry if you can't run, just start off walking. And there are trainers to make sure your form is correct with the weights and to challenge you to go heavier when you are ready. The measurable results at OTF: strength (you will be able to lift more, do more reps on the weight floor and see your muscles tone up!) and cardio improvements (you will be able to go faster, walk/run farther and see your heart get stronger and more efficient through the heart rate monitor) are what makes this workout so effective.
