This is probably the worst 24 Hour Fitness if not the worst gym I've ever used. The gym is in serious need of a remodel/refurbishing. The equipment is noticably run down and aging, even when compared to other locations. The people that come here exhibit the worst gym etiquette I've ever seen. Dumbbells are left all over the place and other members rarely unload their barbells and put plates back on the racks. The staff could make more of an effort in that regard too. Cleanliness isn't a high priority for me when considering gyms, but this place is beyond filthy. Some areas look like they haven't even been dusted in months. Paper towels, all-purpose cleaner and hand soap are frequently not restocked, giving the few gym members who make an effort to clean up after themselves no way to do so. I would go to another location in a heartbeat if this wasn't the closest to my home.

This location is not bad at all. I read a bunch of bad reviews so I decided to go see for myself. It's no different than any other gym. It's smells like gym and gets busy like any other gym. I didn't see any broken machines and everything was relatively clean for a gym that is in constant use. They have a bunch of free weights and cardio machines. They have a pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, basketball court, and classes. I recommend this 24 to anyone who wants to get a serious work out. The staff treated me well, but they also made it clear they expect good gym etiquette and I appreciate that.

It's close to the freeway and easy to access. However, the gym is not very clean and it needs some upgrades and maintenance.

Charged my bnk account 2x after i advance paid off. Asst. Manager was rude and gave me off the wall reason for 1 pymnt refund only. Finally i went home checked my contract and recpt and of course she was wrong. Going back. Anyways this place is packed by seasonals so if your serious about working out this not the place. F-

Great looking equipment and workout area. Rude and mean staff. Wanted to give them a try but my FREE pass was useless. Was demanded to buy a $25 day charge with the free pass in my hand. Why hand them out? Staff was judgemental. Would NOT recommend this gym if you want a friendly, inviting and fun environment to workout in. Just because their name has "super" in it does not mean they are.

If I could I would give 0stars. The employees are ridiculous, they dont kno answers to simple questions, the entire place is filthy as if no one cleans EVER. It took 32min just to register my child into the kids club and my 12yr old was told she couldnt stay cause she was to old yet no where anywhere does it say its for only 11 and under. I need to find a new gym
