24 Hour Fitness

This place is terrible, somehow the machines are as rusted as the Titanic in the ocean. The front staff is always goofing around and the professionalism is non-existent. Paper towels are never refilled but the DJ (front desk person) never misses a song playing vulgar hip hop from their personal stereo. Reconsidering my membership.

Austin is a great trainer! Asked me about goals in mind, gave me new exercises to try and offered great advice. He was very patient and took a sincere interest in my long term goals and outside the gym sports/activities, and ways to improve them.Overall it's a great gym!!(Little things, wished the headphone Jack's for the TV's worked on the bikes and treadmills, and wish they wouldn't occasionally run out of soap and paper towels)

Jazlyn M. assisted me and was nothing less than helpful. I'm in Anaheim for just over a week for work, and they didn't oversell the membership. They gave me a tour and treated me with nothing but respect even though they knew I wasn't there to sign up full time. They didnt gouge me for gym use either. The gym has everything I need for my stay and I would actually join if I lived here. Thank you. Highly recommend.

It’s early in the morning based on my standards of what early is. I didn’t expect to be greeted, but I’m a friendly person and love it when I’m smiled at and acknowledged. As I check in and purchase my protein, Monica H greets me with the warmest smile and bubbly personality. She asked me if I followed the World Cup and I told her I didn’t; the only cup I’m interested in is the Stanley Cup. Upon mentioning the cup it dawned on me that I might have missed game 7 of the hockey playoffs and I kinda panicked. Monica showed her coolness yet again by promptly using her phone to assure me that I had not missed the game and to calm down 😜. Okay so Monica was sincerely and naturally great, but when I went to work out, the gym was immaculate. Who doesn’t like a clean organized gym, I certainly do. After I dismissed my workout I noticed a gentleman entering the gym with a 24 name tag on so I stop and ask if he was the manager of this club ( he looked like a manager ok lol ) and he was. I told him how great Monica was and how I appreciated the cleanliness of his club. The really cool part about the short exchange with Nick as that he showed me that he genuinely cared about my opinion and thanked me for being a memeber. I’ve been in sales and sales management for many years, Monica H, and Nick are top notch and should be awarded for making the members feel welcomed and appreciated. Thank you both!

Just started my membership 2 months ago, been through a couple locations and finally came to this one since it's so close to home but Good Lord! It is seriously out dated. The jacuzzi could have been amazing but it smelled soooooo much like chlorine (unlike the other 3 locations I've gone to) that I got teary eyes and the smell made my head hurt. I didnt even bother with the steam or sauna room of how everything was. Eveyone there had shoes on, it smelled funky and the showers well let's just say it was a battle. Curtains all torn up. The staff weren't the most welcoming. It was just off. I will be giving it 1 more shot tomorrow with the machines but idk I might just drive the extra 3 miles to have a better experience.

A friend and I started going to different 24 hours to see which one would be a better suit for us We came upon this one and it was closer to work And as we walked in it was just run down. The weights were broken couldn't find things that we need it there was ants all over though Drinking fountain Paper towels on the floor. no toilet paper in any of the men's restrooms, the sauna was chipped, splintered. The steam Room look like it had mold on it and it smelled so disgusting I will not recommend this 24 hours to anyone unless if it gets new management and upgrades their equipment.

I have been a member since the gym opened. This place was clean, well managed, and pretty modern at the time. This gym has really shown it’s age. It has not received any upgrades except for treadmills and the stair master machines. The men’s locker room is falling apart. No soap, dirty lockers, plumbing issues, bathrooms have urine on the floor, ceramic tile is busted and has moisture damage. The most common used dumbbells are either missing or no where to be found. The leather on the machines never gets cleaned. Watch out for ring worm folks. That stuff is no joke. Upper management is just asking for lawsuits in this unsafe environment. You don’t see any cleaning crews there anymore. I strongly believe that upper management is just looking to make a quick buck and cut costs at all levels. What happened to this 24 hour fitness? The bar is set so low (no pun intended).

Facility was clean and everyone here was really nice!
