Love 9 Rounds! As a stay at home mom with two young kids I am never on time for anything and don't have much time for myself! But 30 mins a day whenever I can make it in is the perfect way for my to get in a high cardio workout and get some me time! I love the idea of no class times and an efficient work out. No breaks just a full on 30 min class incorporating cardio, strength training and kickboxing (a great stress reliever 😊). I would recomend this gym to everyone!

I love this place!!!! The staff is always there to help and are super friendly. They are able to gauge how much you need to be pushed to get maximum results. They care! The workouts are quick and I always leave sweaty and spent. The fact that there are no class times helps with my schedule. As long as I know that I have 40 mins than I know I have time to workout. When I started I couldn't even do 3 push ups and know i can do 25+ in a 2 min span. I am able to push myself way beyond the limits I had when I first came in and I know I am a stronger person because of 9rounds and the staff.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I’ve tried other gyms, but nothing compares to this 9round. This place really does feel like home. The trainers motivate and push you to be your VERY best. Not only do I feel like I’ve accomplished a workout when I leave, but I feel stronger and more confident. Since joining 9round, not only have a lost 15 pounds, I’m able to do push-ups better, punch harder, kick higher, and gained friendships....I truly recommend this 9round to EVERYONE. ❤️😊🥊

I have tried so many different types of Gyms and fitness routines. 9Round is awesome because you can go in whenever you want to work out, it's only 30 minutes and you really feel like you worked really hard. I get really bored easily, which is pretty common. The workout changes every day so it keeps you interested. There's always a trainer there to help you and encourage you. They also have a website where you can get nutrition tips and meal planning. I especially love this place because it's a mile from my house. It's also right off the 91 freeway. Your first workout is free so I highly recommend coming in and checking out what they have to offer.

***A MUST*** I have tried all the workouts and this is by far my absolute favorite! It has become the thing I look forward to every day! Sylvia, the owner, is amazing. She knows every one by name (or fighter name) and tailors the workouts for every individual ability level. My personal experience with this is that I sprained my ankle right when I started coming to 9Rounds Orange and Sylvia made sure that every station had exercises that I could still do and let my ankle heal at the same time! I am just one example of the incredible specialized training you will find here! I have yet to have a workout where one of the trainers (Sylvia, DJ, or Mary) has not worked individually with me using non-combative sparring techniques. I wish I had found 9Rounds years ago and am so happy that this one is so close and has such a family environment. No matter your ability, you should come try. You have nothing to lose because the first workout is free and you'll at least leave having burned a ton of calories! If you stop in make sure you say hi to me (my fighter name is Xena) I'm there most evenings and always stay way past the 30 minutes because I love it so much!

Love working out here. I've never had a 30 minute workout feel so great! Not to mention the trainers are wonderful, encouraging and push you constantly to get stronger.
