Challenging workouts in a welcoming atmosphere. Only 30 minutes, great coaches, and a clean space! You can't ask for more than that! No class times means you can come in whenever works for you, I love that! Silvia makes it a point to keep you motivated and does her best to cheer on everyone at least once during the session. All the trainers are really great. Highly recommend for newbies to kickboxing, those wanting to get some aggression out, or those just looking to sweat!
