Oof… a lot of people don’t wipe their stations. Because of my schedules and travels all over Orange County, I go to a lot of different Planet Fitness’s. This is by far the worst in regards to customers not wiping their stations.

This location is very clean. It appears a but smaller than the one I usually go to but it's clean, not overcrowded and in a great central location to different stores, etc in case you need to grab something after your workout.

Another negative experience with planet fitness, again I come to Tustin for work and am targeted and asked to leave as well as having the police called on me for absolutely nothing.The manager, Elvira Fores, comes up to me out of the blue and accuses me talking to another patron, and then says maybe I looked at another patron. This is basically becoming a reoccurring theme at planet fitness, apparently you are not allowed to look in the direction of other people or talk to other people at their facilities. I asked to see this video evidence that she swore she had and asked who and she said she didn't need to provide proof.Basically the bottom line is I feel as if I am being discriminated against at the planet fitness locations, either because I live out of an RV or because the club manager was Hispanic, I don't know, but probably because I live in an RV, seems to be a the theme as I move around the country.I am tired of being discriminated against, but they state they do not need to provide service if they choose, but the bottom line they are refusing service because I am considered homeless which is a legally protected category as far as I am aware.

I've been going here for about a year. The staff has been great to know and how they recognize their members. The facilities are well kept and the locker room are very clean.the reason for the 4 star rating is that ever since they change their hours, I'm not able to workout early morning before my 6am start at work. I was able to show up at 3am workout and take a shower and to work I went. Now it opens ar 5am and doesn't work for me.

Best experience ever with planet … I’ve been with them since they first opened when the owners came from the East coast …. They welcomed me with open arms …. The Tustin location I’m at now I love .. friendly workers clean gym friendly customers it’s a great gym to make your home gym your go to ….
