The service that Ms. Elvira Flores, manager of Gym Planet Fitness in orange, gave me was great and very professional on her part. I love it! What more could I ask for? The staff are friendly and helpful; especially, when you ask for assistance! They keep the area clean and tidy! And it's very convenient for me as I spend more time in Orange than I do in my home city of Santa Ana! There's more life to the Orange location than it is in the Santa Ana/Fountain Valley location!

I feel so comfortable there. I was able to overcome an injury and surgery. Working through pain and weakness to my returned health and strength. I never felt intimidated or unwelcome.

This gym is the closest to my house but also one of the smallest I've been in. So there's about 1 of everything, except for a couple of machines and the cardio machines. Sometimes it'll get packed and it will get hard to finish a workout because you can't get on equipment. And since I'm writing this review for people to read. HERE'S A PSA: Stop sitting on equipment if you aren't using it. Gets annoying waiting for people! Thanks. All in all, great gym and nice staff. Come on in and start your fitness journey or pick up where you left off! Let's go!

Elvira, manager at the Planet Fitness in Orange was very helpful about a billing problem that I had. Elvira resolved the problem and made sure that I was happy with the results. Elvira was concerned about my situation and was very courteous. The staff are very professional and helpful. Planet Fitness has a great manager working for them.
