They have excellent customer service. But unfortunately The showers could use a little CLR bit of calcium buildup on the shower heads so they don't spray very good.

Staff are spoiled bratts, they don't clean as much , the water fountain is always disgusting same dirt stains for months..

Good. Smaller than other PF. No water bottle refilling machine like at others. So for not able to see a stretching machine. Been there only few time, maybe it is there somewhere.

Too many young kids on their phones while sitting on equipment. I dread coming to this location. Staff is friendly, just wish they would be more observant. I go to the gym to workout, not take Selfies.

Signed up for new member orientation followed by a class. Sadly no one showed up to teach the class or the orientation I sat there for 40 min for nothing. Not a way to start a new membership.

Staff is friendly over all but the female staff members watch you like your about to steal the machines out the gym lmao. One also walked in on me in the changing room...employees should be KNOCKING before barging in bathroom stalls, showers and changing rooms.

I've been a black card member for a couple of years. Recently, I got sick and had to stop going. I wanted to keep my membership active because I fully intended to go back. Rather than pay $23 for nothing, I decided to downgrade to basic until I feel well enough to go. However, I was told I would have to pay $49 to do this (in addition to the annual fee I already paid). That's gouging. And it tells me that planet fitness doesn't value their customers. So I cancelled and will never go back. It makes no sense to lose a lifetime of monthly fees over a one time $49 fee. But that's their policy.

No judgement....no weight scale. For 10 dollars a month, i am glad they have good showers. They offer training and other classes. Plenty treadmills and "hamster" equipment. They offered free summer memberships to high school kids.

I think the employees need to keep the place cleaner than what they're not. I noticed we all clean up the machines as we first get on and when we're finished using it, looks like that's the ONLY cleaning they get. They need to be dusted big time! The employees there could be rude and unprofessional it's obvious they don't care for their job. Daisy is the only happy uplifting person that works there the rest of them seem like they're miserable. Also, we're paying the equipment fees, the equipment there take weeks and months to get fixed. If this continues i will cancel and go to the little gym up the street.

Love this place and the price. The facility needs work. The woman’s locker room is filled with black mold and peeling wall paper. As well the paper towels for cleaning the equipment are often empty.However for the price I think it is still a good value.
