Called since I haven't used my membership and due to the fact I lost my job to covid at the start of 2020. The guy on the phone was very helpful and understand.

Sorry guys I can only give you one star if I can give zero I would. I was never inform anything about dress code to work out. Well I guess I'll just go to the gym closer to home.

The first year, I lost over 80 lbs. Its clean, complete, and within my budget. I'm now 73 and in great shape. I started 4 years ago. Ty guys

I will be seeking legal action due to the manager calling me a liar.. as of 3/31 I never got my refund that I was told I would receive after my in person dispute on 11/17/2020 never got my refund before this closed again. I wasted money for false advertising. The manager even said I would be refunded and I never got it. Edit. Waste of time emailing them as they said they are the SOCIAL MEDIA team and have nothing to do with billing. I told the manager about my medical exemption from the mask and he said I still had to wear one, which is against the LAW which is about “policies and guidelines” of a business. I will be reporting this to HIPPA since I can’t seem to get a refund

Very disappointed in their handling of the virus. They got teenagers in front desk checking their cell phones while the members take off their masks and touch every thing without cleaning afterwards.After seeing that I decided to CANCEL my account with them the first week they reopened after the second closure.Even though I went and canceled IN PERSON WITH STORE MANAGER a month after and I still getting charged monthly fees and 2 annual fees. Have called my bank and asked to stop payment and reverse but Planet Fitness changes their name to be able to charge Wells Fargo. THIEVES what you're doing is theft and wells Fargo agrees. Be careful !!!! 24 hours is so much better or 19 hour fitness on chapman!!
