I have taken the leap and just signed up to planet fitness after reading about it online with pizza mondays and lunk alarm it just made the gym that much more interesting the guy that signed me up was real cool he was thorough with the tour and he seemed genuinely excited about the things in the gym he was showing me so i got excited the treadmills with their own tv seem cool it feels a bit small but they have the black card section which seem cool and i kind of like the color scheme i went for the first time today and it was not packed which was cool i like gyming it but am by no means a gym rat at all so pizza monday is more my speed and i love doing cardio. They also have a vending machine with locks headphones and gum and other things which i know its revenue stream for them but also very convinient if you are already at the gym and you forgot your headphones to listen to the tv or a lock for the locker. I haven't seen that i thought that was interesting

I cannot with this place. I have called almost every other month for the past year to cancel. Finally felt like someone over there listened to me. And no here we are again will them billing my account. And when I call they say they can't help me. And i will not be getting a refund. What really gets me mad is they want to charge me yet again to cancel. almost $200. Complete rip off.

To begin with, I love their color, all the exercise equipments are great! The ones I used are fantastic... I always have a good time exercising here. I love Planet Fitness ❤

If I could give them a zero star I would. Worst decision in signing up with planet fitness. Staff does not communicate and miss placed documents. Cancel my membership during the shutdown was given one direction then notice they were still charging me once they reopened. Called spoke to manager Who advised me that was a wrong direction that I needed to email them directly and do not my refund.My husband actually went in person to cancel and they can’t seem to find his cancellation request that he signed when they reopen and are denying his refund. This is so unprofessional the staff needs to have a better communication and also needs to submit documents once it’s received I would hope they would lose our document when we signed up but for that they won’t lose our document.I am so unpleased in this it’s ridiculous having to deal with them.Never going back to planet fitness I prefer to pay more for a better customer service.

If I could give this gym zero stars, I would. I tried to cancel my membership during the pandemic several times, and then without any notice they took out money from my account for March and April. I got laid off from my job in orange and live in Buena Park, in order to cancel they make you drive to their location to sign one form. Why couldn’t I just sign the document and email back to you? They make it so difficult for you to cancel your membership!! Good luck getting any of your money back!!

Update 10/23: Even after they are told by staff, people continue to NOT wipe down equipment/machines before &and especially after. I counted 5 machines not wiped down in only 20min. Customers who sit in someone else's sweat make me feel naxious.Nichole and the guy who worked saturday mornings, at least on 10/10/2020 are great and freindly employees. They are great when its gets busy and they know how to answer questions or any concerns I had.The place is always clean, except when people dont wipe after using equipment, jeepers..

I've been a member since 2013. I started in the facility at Anaheim but I've been coming to this one the last few years. I think it might be closer to my home. Anyways, both facilities are just as great and clean and I am very comfortable working out here. The staff is nice, they acknowledge their members when coming in and leaving and that is enough for me.

Decent gym with an excellent range of equipment and a good overall vibe. I would, however, hope a few things are addressed so members have a bit better of an experience.- The water fountain should have a water bottle filling station installed on top of it, as this significantly improves the user experience for members who want to use their own bottles while working out.- The taller of the two water fountains had a broken button, so everyone had to use the smaller fountain both for sips and for bottle filling (which is awkward).- Many of the machines were missing cup holder bottoms, which resulted in me dropping my drink a few times when I mistakenly thought there was a cup holder bottom.- There was a used mask inside the cup holder of one of the stair machines (not great cleanliness).I am sharing these comments because I genuinely like this facility, and I really want to see some of these minor imperfections smoothed out to help make it perfect.I would, however, recommend joining this facility, since this gym has way more machines than other larger gyms do, while also having a very easy to navigate store-like layout which makes moving machine to machine much easier. Provided these issues are resolved, I'd be happy to move my rating to a higher one.

Everything is good except they allow people to sit on the equipment playing on their phones. Keeping people who went there to workout from using the equipment.

can get crowded and there are people doing manscaping in the showers sometimes there are hair s in the drain i would always wear flip-flops, it gets crowded after 300 pm can get high school age kids that like to stand around and talk and not work out just taking up space
