I’ve been going for a month now and I’ve been really enjoying it! For context, I’m a bigger girl with PCOS and have always struggled with exercising, but 9Round has been different. The people at 9Round have been nothing but supportive and are able to push me when I need pushing. It’s the perfect balance of doing your own thing but also one on one training. The no-class-time part actually really works because it eliminated the stress of getting a spot or worrying if I’ll be late - which made me more likely to go. The hours are also really good for working a 9-5.

My girlfriend and I came in to try a complementary session. This was our first experience with high intensity kickboxing fitness and it was great! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They guided us through the routine and explained the membership details. I highly recommend 9Round, we will definitely be back.

Awesome trainers and love the workouts! I love how there are no class times, which works great for my busy schedule. It lets me drop in for a quick, but effective workout to get my day started. I’ve gained a lot more strength and endurance since starting and it has definitely helped both my physical and mental health!

I have been going to this gym for over a year now. I love this gym! The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, & willing to work at your level or pace - no pressure at all. Best thing about working out at this establishment is that you can come in at any time and leave at any time.
