The person in charge of scheduling classes (Marie)is horrible at her job. When I first started going to crunch years ago I was going 6 times a week, and slowly but surely she’s been taking away classes from seasoned instructors and giving it to new instructors that have no idea of what they are doing …like her at this point if I keep loosing my classes and instructors, I might as well just go back to you fit.

LOUD LOUD LOUD!!! DISRESPECTFULTerrible ambiance, they blast hip hop and couldn't care less if you like it or not. They added a lot of new equipment, and you can't barely walk inside. CROWDED way more their capacity. but they keep advertising more and more.Employees don't do anything besides being on their phones.

Never have I ever met such a horrible front desk, unwelcoming female not unfit of a female to run the front desk receptionist. Try to encourage new members to sign up. America struggles with health as it is hard enough to train in primarily male environment went in with a guest pass reception ANGIE was nothing but rude petty and should be ashamed of herself to greet a new female member to sign up for.As I like the hours but horrible service and as a female in environment where woman should build other women up. Her attitude was like her long nails lengthy, and a low class female who should be ashamed of herself to petty plastic one day pass cost her a good member sign up but not with her .Would like to speak to someone who knows about health and wellness and how to run a health club. BET ON IT will be back to let someone know the service of Angie is what keeps females from thriving and growing strong. Petty and no respect to the essence of what is promoted on the walls. Unwitting and unbecoming pardon my passion but hate when kids sit behind a desk and don't value ans understand the importance of what they are doing and selling.

Nice gym, busy most times..but that's to be expected.- There a reason that the giant fan in the cent of the gym isn't ever on?? Especially in the summer months. Stagnant, no air flow here.

I broke my ankle in January and immediately called to cancel my membership. They told me they cancelled it over the phone after some push back saying I needed to come in but the doctors orders were to rest and not move my ankle. 8 months later I'm getting charged $200 because they failed to cancel my membership and lied to me the first time. Cole, the manager, was able to cancel it today and I asked why this couldn't be done back in January and he told me it's because I had to come in to do it. After telling him I broke my driving foot ankle and doctors orders to rest he told me "idk you couldn't find a ride? Why didn't you take an uber to come in and cancel" I asked if he will refund me for what I was charged and he shut it down. Not a bad gym but this place is more for the ego driven lifter or if you just want to be seen.

The staffs need to be more polite and put more attention on helping Crunch members and their guest that need to check in and check out instead of focusing on gossiping with random member for hours

Coming from a former bodybuilder this place is more so for the egotistical people. I tried canceling and it turned into a 3 month ordeal I asked if they could work with me and Armani (possibly a manager) says he couldn’t do anything. Poorly trained employees for saying false information.

Some female staffs at the front desk have such a bad attitude to customer. I just come here to check in, work out and check out. Please be respectful to people at least! Feel so annoyed . On the other hand, there is the girl who always works night shift is super nice and friendly.
